Upon achieving such good results last year, we wanted to compete in the NASA Space Apps challenge once again, to try and achieve an even bigger result.
So, under the same name for our team – Delta, we competed in an entirely new challenge this time around, which was named Make Sense our of Mars, and the goal was to Develop a sensor to be used by humans on Mars.
So, we did exactly that, winning the first place in our local national competition. We did not do as well as last year, since we weren’t in the top 5 global finalists, but we had a pretty nice idea for a device with multiple sensors that would be useful on Mars. The details can be read here:
