9th Place in Microsoft PowerPoint
My high school informatics teacher introduced me to a competition I haven’t heard of at the time, namely Microsoft Office Specialist. It was a competition in which participants competed in who knows a Microsoft Office product the best.
To be more precise, there were three options: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. With my interest in photo and video throughout my life, I decided to go with PowerPoint. I managed to win the first place on the national competition, which led me to compete on the World Championship in Orlando, Florida.
It was a huge learning experience and one of the most fun times I’ve had in my life, since not only did I meet a lot of people from different cultures from all around the world, but we also got taken to Disneyland and all in all it was a blast! And at the end, I managed to to place 9th on the World Championship in Microsoft PowerPoint 2016.
